After the successful Dive In events of 2021 & 2022, WIFS is hosting the Dutch events of this international festival again in 2023.
The theme of Dive In 2023 is:
Unlocking innovation: the power of inclusion
Program
The event, structured in a talk-show format, is hosted by Diana Zandbergen.
Diana, together with Marinka van der Meer from De Volksbank, opens the event. Following the opening, keynote speaker Ralien Bekkers engages with the audience. Bekkers, an expert in climate change and gender equality, will lead an interactive session encouraging statements and questions from the audience.
After a short break, the program continues with a presentation by Charlotte Melkert from Equalture about ‘Using neuroscience and gamification for unbiased hiring’.
This is followed by one of the day’s highlights: the launch of the Top 50 Women in Sustainable Finance.
During a panel discussion with Nicolette Loonen, Marguerite Soeteman, and two women from the 2022 list, the importance of role models in sustainable finance is discussed.
Nicolette Loonen, the initiator of the Top 50 Women in Sustainable Finance, concludes the program after which there is time for networking & drinks.

- we maintain a 'no show policy'. If you are unable to attend, we request you to cancel your registration by no later than September 22, 2023. In the case of 'no shows' or late cancellations, a fee of €25 will be charged to cover incurred costs. This fee only applies to registrants who have free entry, such as WIFS members.
