Corporate Membership

Gender inequality is a cultural and social issue. The introduction of the binding quota for women is a positive step, although WIFS does not consider this sufficient. We are striving for a 50/50 balance.

For us, 50/50 means more than just an equal distribution of men and women; however, this is the starting point. It is about the balance between masculine and feminine qualities in organisations, teams, and also within yourself.

How can you become part of our movement with the 50/50 mission?
There are three levels of corporate membership at WIFS:

  • Corporate 
  • Mid corporate
  • SMEs

Each corporate membership level involves a fixed annual fee plus a supplement based on the number of registered members. With the membership you support our 50/50 mission and, of course, your registered employees gain access to our events and network.
