The content of this session includes an update on our renewed offerings, programmes and partnership opportunities. In addition, Seada van den Herik, our Chairman of the Advisory Board, will share her perspective on our mission.
We will also make time for an inspirational contribution from Rosalien van 't Foort - Diepeveen of Nyenrode. She is researching the barriers that both women and companies face when striving for a 50/50 balance. How do various barriers reinforce each other? Is a quota the solution? Are interventions effective?
