The position of women in the Netherlands is under pressure. In only one year, we have dropped 15 spots on the Global Gender Gap Index. Women still earn less, have fewer opportunities in the workplace, live in poorer health and feel unsafe more often.
The position of women deserves more than just attention. It requires action. It's about time that more parties put this issue on the agenda.
