During yesterday's Special Members' Meeting, the members present unanimously approved the appointment of two new board members. We are proud to welcome Lediane Toledo and Willem Vosmer!
Lediane is Senior Client Manager at Capital Group and values diverse perspectives and the impact women have on organisations and society.
Willem is a Partner at impact consultancy Steward Redqueen. He is also an active speaker and moderator at international events on the social role of business and impact investing, with a specific focus on diversity and inclusion.

With the addition of not one, but two new board members, we are strengthening our organisation and enabling the further growth of our community and our 50/50 mission.
We also thank Estefanía Matesanz, for her dedication and valuable contribution to WIFS over the past years. After three years she is stepping down from the board.
The board looks forward to continuing to build an inclusive, future-oriented financial sector with this new composition.
