On may 20th, WIFS brought together five years of Top 50 Women in Sustainable Finance alumni for a special event hosted by Capital Group. A valuable opportunity for the community to reconnect and meet new faces across the network.
The event started with a fireside chat with Jellie Banga (Executive Board Member and Chief Business Officer at Invest-NL, as well as the new chair of the Top 50 jury), moderated by Lievijne Neuteboom.
Jellie shared reflections on her career and offered insights into the role of Invest-NL within the Dutch financing ecosystem, particularly its focus on sustainability, innovation, and resilience. She highlighted adaptation, water and responsible AI as themes that will gain in prominence in the coming years.
The session was followed by a series of speed-dating conversations built around a set of creative, out-of-the-box questions. An engaging format that sparked open and energising discussions.
