On June 3rd, WIFS brought together a distinguished group of C-suite leaders from across the financial services sector for an Executive Lunch in Amsterdam, hosted by Capital Group. The gathering centred on the theme "The future of finance: what does inclusion look like, and what is our role in shaping it?"
Around the table, participants explored the role the sector, and its leaders personally, can play in accelerating meaningful change. The lunch was hosted by Jody Jonsson, Vice Chair of Capital Group, who also shared her personal perspective and moderated by Lediane Toledo and Nelsy Salden-Rebbens. We look back on a thoughtful and engaging discussion, with leaders sharing experiences, insights and a willingness to raise the challenges that often remain unspoken.
