With the ambition to contribute to the recovery of the financial sector through a better balance between feminine and masculine values, WIFS is certainly not alone. WIFS has established partnerships with a number of leading parties to jointly realise our ambition, and that of our partners!

WIFS has a cooperation agreement with Topvrouwen.
Together with WIFS Topvrouwen.nl ensures that women at the top are visible in the Netherlands and stimulates organisations to appoint more women to their boardroom.

NCD
Together with the NCD (Dutch Association of Commissioners and Directors), WIFS is committed to promoting diversity in leadership within organisations.

Partners at Work
Part of empowering the WIFS woman is that she functions in a job and work environment where her talent can flourish to the fullest. Since September 2017, WIFS and Partners at Work executive search have entered into an exclusive partnership.

RedZebra Group
Since 2006, RedZebra Group has been developing leadership and decisive organisations in a society that is constantly changing. For WIFS an important partner in the development and implementation of the leadership programme.
