The Future Leaders Program (FLP) is a unique 13-month leadership journey developed by TEAMPACTOR, and proudly supported by WIFS. 

FLP is designed to empower young professionals in the financial sector and beyond, and equips participants to become sustainability changemakers by working on real SDG challenges while strengthening their leadership and collaboration skills.

Rooted in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) principles, this action-learning program offers a powerful experience that aligns future leadership development with today’s most urgent global challenges.

Start date: mid October 2025 (application deadline: September 29, 2025)
Hybrid (virtual & on-site across the Netherlands)

The FLP is designed for ambitious professionals who:

• Are aged 23 - 35
• Have at least 2 years of work experience
• Are based in the Netherlands
• Are eager to grow, lead, and make impact on the SDGs
• Are willing to commit ~15 days over 13 months
