RedZebra Group

Since 2006, the RedZebra Group has been developing leadership and resilient organisations in a society that is constantly changing. They ask questions differently which enable us to discover the need behind the question. This is how they empower individuals and organisations.

RedZebra Group supports the creation of 'alignment' in organisations, takes plans off paper, makes them work and brings words to life. They make the invisible visible and the elusive tangible. They combine hard with soft, the upper flow with the under flow and the system world with the living world.

The Zebra ‘Magic Touch’ is present in all that we do from the first point of contact through program delivery and beyond. We don’t sell turnkey solutions. We build relationship with our clients (relationship is the  foundation of all our work) establishing the conditions for co-creating powerful programs. We understand that creating trust and intimacy enlarges the shared pool of meaning (SPOM); creating the conditions for magic to happen. We know that the universe is generative in nature. There is always something wanting to unfold in each moment and we listen for this…. Innovation and creativity become easeful and powerful; ‘Magic happens’. Solutions and business results unimagined, become possible  ‘Magic’, a word with edge.

RedZebra Group is a valuable partner for the WIFS leadership programme.
