A new collaboration between female Top 50 members

Supported by WIFS

The Partnership Academy, with a 1000+ expert network, is an initiative by The Punchy Pack, in collaboration with Rotterdam School of Management and Impact Institute. Over the course of 8 months, Senior Executives and Young Professionals from their own organizations will launch a business case with social & ecological impact.

These cases always address a social or ecological issue, where the solution leads to broader change for both businesses and the target audience.

 

Starting October: A unique initiative – a top team of Young Professionals

Together with female leaders from the WIFS NETWORK, we are creating a cross-organizational top team! The team will spend 8 months making an impact with a case they develop on the theme of Labor Potential & Gender Equality.

Equality leads to unlocking the labor potential of women. This creates value for businesses, women themselves, and society.

 

What’s in it for you?

Would you like to offer a young professional this valuable journey?

Five talents will learn to create a business case that generates value as a cross-organizational team. They’ll have the opportunity to develop an (internal) service or product that is valuable for all participating companies, such as the data-driven analysis tool for the gender pay gap, which was previously developed.

 

Our Experts

The yet-to-be-formed team will be coached by our team and experts who have earned their stripes in this field, including Female WIFS Members & Top 50: Marleen Bosma (Board Member, Bouwinvest), Lisa van Blaricum (Head of Sustainability, ASN Bank; Co-Owner, Female Leadership In Touch), Chantal Inen (Founder, The Punchy Pack, Partnership Academy).

 

How we do it:

  • Monthly live action sessions
  • Impact lean startup coaching
  • Inspiring speakers, such as Jan Peter Balkenende, Astrid Elburg, Artie Ramsodit (Senator), etc.
  • Video & podcast interview of the impact case for internal and external communications
  • Final Theater Impact Event for 100+ corporate impact makers
  • C-Level jury with leaders from both businesses and government

A unique program for talented individuals who want to learn how to create impact in a way that adds value to their organization.

Examples for a business case within this theme:

  • Untapped labor potential, the career gap, neurodiversity for women (how different types of brains in women are judged differently than men)
  • Unequal pension accumulation, pregnancy discrimination,
  • Leveraging women’s energy cycles (menstruation & menopause),
  • Intergenerational female leadership & education

 

Practical Details

Program: October 2025 to May 2026.
Commitment: 3 hours/week of team work, plus monthly live Academy Sessions and coaching.
