WIFS respects the privacy of all users of its sites and communities and ensures that the personal information one provides to us is treated confidentially. Users have the right to access their stored personal data at any time and have them changed and/or deleted at first request.
De persoonsgegevens die door de gebruikers van onze diensten worden gebruikt zijn veelal: naam, adres en telefoon nummer, e mail adressen, bankrekeningnummer en persoonsgegevens voor de WIFS community. De WIFS-app is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor WIFS-leden. WIFS.nl gebruikt gegevens om community leden te informeren. De community gebruikers hebben zelf hun gegevens daarvoor ingevoerd. De bewaartermijnen van de diverse opgeslagen persoonsgegevens zijn opgenomen in het “WIFS AVG Register”. Ieder halfjaar worden de bewaartermijnen gecontroleerd.
UTILISATION OF OUR SERVICES
When people sign up for one of our services, we ask them to provide personal data. This data is used to perform the services and services. All data is stored in the cloud of our Service Provider, with whom a "Processor Agreement" is in place. Data are used/stored exclusively for the service and provision of services to our members/future members, users of our communities and course participants. Retention periods are indicated in the "WIFS Register AVG".
When people send e-mail or other messages to us, we may retain those messages. Sometimes we ask them for personal data relevant to the situation at hand. This enables us to process your queries and respond to your requests. The data is stored in the cloud environment at our Service Provider.
We collect data for research purposes in order to better understand our members/customers/certificates so that we can maximise our services accordingly.
Our websites use "cookies" (text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyse how users use the sites and community websites. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website may be transferred to our remote cloud servers. We use this information to track how people use the websites, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website activity/ Internet usage and internal usage. All as part of our duties as an association.

We offer all visitors the opportunity to view, change, or delete any personal information currently provided to us. We will only request information about personal data necessary for our services.

At the bottom of each mailing you will find the option to edit or unsubscribe.
If one wants to modify the data or removal from our files is desired, one can contact us. The details are also listed at the bottom of every mailing and or e-mail.
